After nearly 34 years of Censorship and Sanitization the attempt to gain Legal Recognition, decapitate the system, and bring the prominent Actors to accountability deserves some attention based on it's merit. Open Letters are worth the time and effort and an important facet of our Freedom and Dignity. The following reflect the emergence from a passivity to a more dynamic posture with prophylaxis.
